It leans on rules of International Atomic Energy Agency and it characterizes present process model of nuclear facility safety management, its processes and programme for nuclear facility safety upgrading in a context of integral safety directed to existence, security and development of humans. | ||

The seismic protection is realised in practice by special seismic safety management and by seismic safety engineering. Their real forms are codified in national building laws and in developed countries with medium and high seismicity. The ground of seismic safety of nuclear facilities in the determination of seismic hazard of site in which the nuclear facility is located, distinguishing and getting control over unacceptable risks that are connected with vulnerabilities of site, buildings, technologies and technical equipment. The present paper deals with the seismic hazard, seismic risk and seismic safety. | ||

Prochazkova // Радіоелектронні і комп’ютерні системи. - 2014. - № 6. - С. 23-26. - Режим доступу: http://nbuv.gov.ua/UJRN/recs_2014_6_6 Security situation in the EU, world and in each territory continuously changes with time, and therefore, it is necessary to form new safety culture taking into account actual knowledge and experiences with interdependences among the public assets leading to extreme social crises. The present findings show that for good security situation in the Europe the strategic, systemic and proactive approach is necessary to use. The paper summarizes the FOCUS project outputs derived by the Czech Technical University in Prague. It gives deficits in disasters? management and shows the procedures for overcoming them. | ||

Prochazka // Радіоелектронні і комп’ютерні системи. - 2014. - № 6. - С. 27-32. - Режим доступу: http://nbuv.gov.ua/UJRN/recs_2014_6_7 The safe community is now at time of globalisation very dependent on a safety level of critical infrastructure ensuring the territory by basic services necessary for humans' live as there are energy, water, food, information etc. Series of events from recent years connected with critical infrastructure showed its high importance. The critical infrastructures represent multistage mutually overlapping systems, i.e. big complex systems, the type of which is a systems system. The paper presents the model for critical infrastructure safety management based on this reality and it shows the way how simply to determine the criticality of individual infrastructures and the whole critical infrastructure. | ||
